Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 10% fee, and those within 3 hours will result in a 20% fee. These policies ensure we can continue providing exceptional service to all. Thank you for your support and understanding! Punctuality Timeliness is key to delivering the highest level of service. If you arrive late, the delay will be deducted from your service time to respect other clients' appointments. Arriving 20 minutes late will be considered a cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited. Arrival Time We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This ensures you have time to relax and prepare for your service without feeling rushed. Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans may change. Rescheduling is allowed up to 6 hours prior to your booked appointment time.
